He started his career in Best & Crompton after his B.Tech in Production Engineering and was in charge of production and methods engineering in their pumps division for 2 years. He then joined Widia India, a German multinational Carbide manufacturer where he worked in Sales, Application Engineering, and Design of cutting tools for 5 years. After this stint he joined Saint Gobain Abrasives, where he has handled Sales, Product Management and Business Management functions for 10 years. Presently, Mukund is Director and CEO at Sabre Skilling Pvt Ltd. He has mentored and trained more than 1800 training programs.
Ann Joseph has over 25 years of experience in sales, marketing & training. Having started her career in in concept selling, she later moved on to the insurance industry in organisations such as Birla Sunlife Insurance. Her job profile included key account management, sales, customer care & training. She has been consulting and training for over 10 years. She consulted with Thomas International – as a HR interview panellist and Assessor for Development Centre initiatives, for organisations such as Infosys, Wipro, Fidelity, Britannia, Pantaloons and Tyco Engineering. Ann is a master practitioner in NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) & Gestalt practice, having been trained by eminent NLP practitioner, Dr Richard McHugh. Her academic qualifications include B.Sc. and MBA. She is also a Partner at Workplace Catalysts LLP, consulting in relationship management and personal development spheres. She is Director & Chief Consultant at Sabre Skilling Pvt Ltd.
U.C.Prashanth has over 17 years’ experience across the value chain in different organizations . Interest in machines led him to pursue an academic career in Mechanical Engineering. He has worked in Kirloskar Electric, TaeguTec India, Asipac and Thoughtrain in wide ranging functions like Production, R & D, Application Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Market Research and Corporate Communication. He has worked closely with leading B-schools in the country facilitating interaction between industry and students through projects, helping students bridge the gap between theory and practice. He has undertaken consulting work through Thomas International in recruitment and Development Centres for leading companies. He is certified in NLP practice. An avid trekker, he leads groups in trekking expeditions in the Himalayas. His creative concepts have been published / produced as story, corporate film, company anthem and videos. Prashanth develops content and conducts training workshops of Sabre for a decade.
Padmasini R has done MBA in HR with over 15 years of experience. She started her career as a school teacher. After doing MBA, she quickly went on to work with several multinational companies in customer service functions. She speaks all the south Indian languages as well as Hindi fluently. She is passionate about training. Padma is an affiliated trainer with Sabre Skilling since 3 years.
Malini Bharath has done her B.Sc. & MBA and has over 15 years work experience in Corporate Companies in various senior management positions. She has worked extensively in the apparel industry gaining experience in both apparel exports and the retail apparel sector. Her work functions were customer service and customer relations, merchandising, co-ordination with other departments like production, purchase, logistics, quality assurance, forecasting retail sales for the new season, conducting a preseason presentation for the sales staff who were employed at various outlets, training, motivating and managing various teams. She is fluent in languages Kannada, Tamil and Hindi. She has done the NLP Practitioner Certification and a facilitator training in ‘Breaking Patterns Creating Change’ from the Theatre of the Oppressed from Centre of Community Dialogue and Change. She also conducts soft skills training at Business Schools. She believes that every individual has a unique set of skills and strengths.
